NBA star Stephen Curry’s lavish $9 million retreat

The lavish haven $9M U.S.D of NBA star Stephen Curry and his family

Point guard Stephen Curry was forced to leave his East Bay home in 2019 after the Golden State Warriors moved from Oakland to San Francisco owing to the difficult commute. The enormous mansion that the NBA player and his wife Ayesha built is currently back on the market.

According to the current owner Sam Hirbod, the Alamo suburb estate was finished in 2018 and sold for $6.4 miℓℓio𝚗 in an off-market deal the following year. Curry’s former home is currently on the market for $8.9 miℓℓio𝚗, three years later.

The six-bedroom, eight-and-a-half bathtub mansion owned by the Curry family is situated on over half an acre and has a number of showy luxuries. Think of a personalized playhouse for their kids, a pool table and home theater for Stephanie, and a vegetable garden for Ayesha.

To oversee the design of their home, the couple employed Stephen Kubitschek. Due to its 30-foot ceilings, enormous expanses of glass, heated Italian oak flooring, and dual fireplaces, the 8,163 square foot interior is extremely modern.

The design places a strong emphasis on indoor-outdoor living, like many contemporary homes do. The backyard, which includes a cabana, a saltwater infinity pool, a pizza oven, a smoker, and a barbeque, is connected to the living area.

A variety of lavish amenities fit for basketball royalty are also to be expected. Hirbod claims that Steph invested $500,000 in the media room, which has a top-notch projector and sound equipment.

The kitchen has two islands, Miele and Sub-Zero appliances, and tasteful European-style cabinets because Ayesha is quite the gourmet. A seven-car garage is also offered for your collection.

On the second story, separate guest and kid wings give the master suite a more private feeling. The Curry’s old suite is as opulent as you’d think, with a 1,160 square foot patio and not one, but three walk-in closets. This is your chance to experience the life of a professional athlete, if you have ever wɑntеd to.
