Neymar returned to Barcelona just a few hours before the celebration of the old team took place. The Brazilian striker was spotted at the airport in a black sports suit.

Neymar’s actions made a part of PSG fans who were already disgruntled now have more reasons to be angry. They argue that Neymar should take time to treat his injury, instead of traveling long distances to attend the celebration of the team that is no longer relevant.
Neymar is recovering from ankle surgery. The Brazil international can only return at the beginning of the 2023/24 season.

Injury ended Neymar’s sublime performance in “Le Parisien” shirt. Before retiring, the former Barca star contributed to 30 goals in all competitions.

Earlier, many PSG fans also flocked to Neymar’s private house to ask the star to leave Parc des Princes, after Lionel Messi decided not to renew his contract with the Ligue 1 champions.

Returning to Barca, the Camp Nou host club had a successful 2022/23 season with a double title of La Liga and National Super Cup. Coach Xavi’s teachers and students had a celebration ceremony with the participation of tens of thousands of fans.

According to Mundo Deportivo, coach Xavi invited Pique to attend because the player played more than 10 matches for “Blaugrana” before retiring. However, the former MU midfielder was not present.
